インストール完了時、404エラー

webec

v4.1.5-jp-1をインストールしたところ、インストール処理完了後の、/install/index.php?dispatch=setup.completeで404エラーとなります。
店舗ページは表示されます。
管理画面には入れない状態です。(404エラー)
サーバーのログには、
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty: Unable to load template tygh 'index.tpl' <-- \n thrown in 設置ディレクトリ/app/lib/other/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 127
となっています。
考えられる原因等ありましたらご教示願えませんでしょうか？
